Mass produced hair products lack the attention to detail that one man with a dream is able to create. Big companies often lose their responsibility to their consumer to provide the best quality product. Because of this, many of them compromise on the quality of their ingredients, their customer service, or their ability to create something truly unique.  I create products that I love, and I work hard to make sure that you will love them too!

Everyone's hair and styling methods differ widely.  Because of this, it can be tough to select the best option for achieving the perfect style with your personal hair type.  If you have any doubts, you can always send me a message on social media or email me here.

Mass produced hair products use cheap or harsh ingredients to cut their cost of production.  These products are often full of harsh surfactants and preservatives, and are formulated by a team of cosmetic chemists in a lab who struggle with thinking outside the box to create something truly unique and healthy for the hair. I use gentle ingredients when necessary, and do my best to make the entire formula healthy for you.

Each ingredient is handpicked with intentionality, with quality being the primary focus. I select natural ingredients as much as possible, and never use anything that damages the hair or scalp.

Order processing time is 3-5 business days. Your order may ship sooner than this, but no later. Please be aware that once your package is handed over to the USPS, we no longer have control over any delays your order may experience during the shipping process.

Priority 2 Day shipping does not guarantee how long it will take us to ship your order, nor does it guarantee exactly how long it will take USPS to deliver your package. This is an estimate of how many business days your order will take to reach you. There are many different things that can factor into how long it takes for you to receive your package.

Once a package is handed over to the USPS, we no longer have control over your package. First Class Mail does not guarantee a delivery time frame and does not cover missing packages, especially if USPS has marked them “Delivered.” In most cases, your mail is sitting in a USPS distribution center due to a delay that we have no way of knowing about. It should eventually continue to move along in the normal process.

Alternatively, your package may have been accidentally delivered to a neighbor with a similar street or house number. We recommend you reach out to your mail carrier or the local post office. Unfortunately we don’t have any more information to give you than the tracking numbers we sent you. And, as much as we'd like to, we are not able to contact your post office or mail carrier in any way.

You can start an investigation or submit a missing mail request by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS. Or visit them online at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. An investigation cannot be opened if it has been less than 7 business days. Please be aware it can take 7-10 business days to receive an answer. By the time the investigation progresses, usually the package will have started to move again. Starting with your local office or carrier will be the fastest way to make progress. We hope you understand and appreciate your patience!

Yes! International orders can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks to be delivered. If you still haven’t received your order by the end of those 12 weeks, reach out to me and I’ll take care of you.
